Skyflyer Posted November 6, 2020 Share Posted November 6, 2020 Kilka miłych informacji w tych niemiłych czasach. Po kilkuletnich sporach własnościowych stacja ma wreszcie jednego właściciela. Na chwilę obecną trwają prace konserwacyjne kolei linowej, prace ziemne związane z likwidacją nieprzyjemnego pochyłu bocznego stoku na odcinku od górnej polany do tzw. "ścianki :D". Wykonano powiększenie pomieszczeń magazynowych karczmy, ponadto przeprowadzono prace geodezyjne które skutkowały odzyskaniem sporej części działek za "kołowrotem" w rejonie zbiornika wodnego gdzie planowana jest budowa górnego parkingu. Ze spraw czysto kosmetycznych - nowe schody schody z parkingu na wyciąg oraz nowe ogrodzenie wokół bramek wjazdowych, trwa procedura prawna z wiązana z uznaniem służebności dojazdu i miejmy nadzieję że droga w tym sezonie będzie na tyle szeroka że umożliwi wzajemne mijanie się pojazdów dojeżdżających i wyjeżdżających ze stacji. Jednego właściciela w sensie, że wcześniej było kilku współwłaścicieli? Czy jednego z Dużym Rachowcem? I czy wiesz może, czy prawdą jest pogłoska, że to właśnie właściciel "Zwardoń-SKI" kupił/wydzierżawił kolej na Buczynkę w Korbielowie i zamierza ją w tym sezonie uruchomić? Wiem, że to mało prawdopodobne po 6 latach podobnych obietnic, ale podobno widziano ogłoszenia w prasie, jakoby szukali ludzi do obsługi. Aż musieli specjalnie odśnieżać drogę na siodle 😉 //// //// ///// lubeckim December 28, 2023 Dzisiaj w końcu udało mi się dojechać do Zwardonia. Trochę późno w sezonie ale najpierw jak pamiętacie auto w serwisie, potem rekonwalescencja po przeciążeniu lewego kolana i wynikłej z tego kontuzji. Może tylko dla archiwistów. Stacja pierwotnie miała dwóch właścicieli Krzysztof Bak (meat pros) i Józef Polak. Ten pierwszy występował w roli inwestora kapitałowego ten drugi jako mieszkaniec Zwardonia w roli no powiedzmy inwestora - zarządcy stacji. Niestety z uwagi na późniejszy konflikt spółka którą założyli rozpadła się i stacja od kilku lat była w zarządzie syndyka. Kolejno urządzane przetargi na wykup nie odnosiły skutku - stacja oczywiście w tym czasie przynosiła zyski. Narastały konflikty związane z grodzeniem działek itp. W tym roku przetarg wygrał K. Bąk i to on jest aktualnym właścicielem stacji i co najważniejsze uregulowane są praktycznie wszelkie sprawy gruntowe. Sprawa dużego Rachowca jest bardziej skomplikowana z uwagi na fakt iż kluczowe dla funkcjonowania tego wyciągu działki w dalszym ciągu należą do J. Polaka. Jest projekt nowej trasy (patrząc w górę) po lewej stronie od wyciągu ale to chyba kwestia dekady (co najmniej). Wyciąg od kilku lat nie ma zatwierdzeń technicznych więc z pewnością w tym roku nie ruszy. Naprawdę Zwardoń by dopiero zaczął żyć gdyby i tam powstało krzesło. Do tego jest możliwość rozbudowy o kolejne trasy i wyciągi jednak chyba szybciej doczekamy się ośrodka w Żabnicy. Zwardoń to sposób myślenia.
